Top Nine for 2024! 🎉
Happy New Year! Good riddance! 🥳
2024 was a hell of a year. I had to say goodbye to two pets within 3 months of each other, my studio lost funding and had to shut down (it will kill me if that story never sees the light of day, you guys would LOVE it, fingers crossed for magic money in the new year 🤞), other crap I won’t get into, and we don’t even need to talk about the 5th of November.
But I also published my fourth (?!) book, which has been really well received so far — I’ve never gotten so many messages from readers after a book launch, it’s been truly amazing hearing how much people are enjoying it, and new readers who are only just finding the series now! And amazingly talented people are creating MUSIC and ART inspired by my books WHAT 🤯
And even though it’s nerve-wracking, I am excited to see what’s next for me in the gaming world. In the mean time, I’m happy to go back to writing full time (which was what I was trying to do prior to my dream job falling out of the sky!), which also means more time to devote to my Patreon, which I had to scale way back on when that happened too!
